Being an extensive analytics software, sellerboard is for Amazon sellers. It’s a seller tool that measures real-time data on profitability and performance. Giving insights to all business operations, sellerboard offers access to many features.

Through integrating mass data from Amazon to their own dashboard, sellerboard is able to calculate accurate information that sellers need to thrive. This can help businesses stay competitive by staying ahead of market trends. This will maximize your sales and streamline the process.

The calculations spit out many close estimations that are useful to a seller’s decision-making. The dashboard offers many features and tools from this. Buckle up, the list of sellerboard’s is a lot. But it’s all to benefit you.

Features and Tools of sellerboard

1. Inventory Manager

Get restock notifications. Sellers get alerts when a product has low inventory levels. Sellerboard estimates the number of days a seller has left before a product of theirs is out of stock. A calculated ROI will be shown so you can determine the value of your product and the worth of restocking it.

2. Automatic Responder

This tool allows sellers to create email campaigns. You can send automated emails to a customer upon a purchase. The email composed can ask to leave feedback and a review of the whole buying experience. Sellerboard provides a template for this tool as well. The automated responses can even differ between the types of products sold.

3. PPC Advertising Optimizer

The PPC tracker measures the effectiveness and profitability of online advertising campaigns. It tracks the success rate of PPC and keywords. The software does this by performing a break-even analysis of each strategy, allowing the seller to know what’s working and what is not. Now you won’t have to waste more money on promoting digital campaigns that don’t work.

4. Product Listing Alerts

Get live updates on everything product related. Don’t waste time any more going through the whole checklist yourself. Sellerboard will notify you on these changes to listings:

  • ASIN – New sellers on ASIN and ASIN hijacker detections to monitor
  • If Parent ASIN is lost
  • Seller review and feedback notification
  • Product dimension change
  • If the Buy Box is lost
  • Referral fee change
  • Other fee changes
  • When product listing closes
  • Main image change

5. Reimbursements

Another alert is for a reimbursement opportunity. It’s a report given to FBA sellers that helps you find lost or damaged goods that are stored in an Amazon warehouse. It does this by letting you know where Amazon has not reimbursed you. This tool is also useful for if Amazon is yet to reimburse you for customer returns. Despite Amazon being a global leader, it can still lose your stored FBA inventory.

Sellerboard does this by generating automated reports and displaying it on a spreadsheet. Note that sellerboard does not open a case to get money back. But it does provide everything you need to do so. Amazon allows itself 30 days to search for inventory before they label a product as ‘lost.’ So after that period is over, get your money back.

6. Export Tool

Sellerboard allows sellers to export data that the software generates and edit it in Excel. This is great if you have any business partners to whom you want to send and share reports.

7. Customized Charts

Sellers can receive instant KPI charts on the dashboard. KPI charts are called Key Performance Indicators. Sellers can customize what their KPIs are for their specific business.

KPI options include:

  • Sales
  • Units
  • BSR
  • Costs and fees
  • Returns
  • Profits

Charts can also be customized by time frame. For example, view data by:

  • The Last week
  • Previous month by day
  • Last year by month

The view of the chart can filter by product type or market type.

Keep track of KPI’s with the Trends feature tab. This helps maintain all positive trending KPI’s. It will tell the seller when to take action on a negative trend. You can sort the table to view the worst performing SKU’s. Trends can be:

  • Sales on different marketplaces
  • Costs
  • BSR
  • Margins
  • Profits
  • Refunds
  • Returns
  • Expenses
  • ROI

8. View Gains and Losses

Use the custom charts I just talked about to get a look into your profit gains and losses. From covering all parameters of costs and fees, sellers can receive accurate profits. This can be filtered by year and month time frames along with product type. You can use this to see where you can lower costs.

Add on Cost of Goods Sold

This is basically the only thing you need to do manually on sellerboard. Add on the cost of goods to view, yes, more data! You can do this by adding it as a constant number or by a period batch. If you add by period batch, a box will pop up for you to enter the price. Get the exact price value by adding all the costs to produce one product, which sellerboard provides.

9. Cashflow Tool

Cashflow is a money management tool sellerboard offers. This forecasts the future cash available for your business to help with financial decision-making. To do this, all you do on the page is click the “add” button and input values. The variables that are accounted for in this tool that can be analyzed are:

  • Payout
  • Expenses
  • Dividends
  • Investments
  • Purchase of goods
  • VAT
  • Cash on hand

10. View the Exact Amazon Fees you’re paying

This is very important for sellers to know. Sellerboard breaks down each Amazon fee to make sure you have zero hidden costs and know exactly how your money is being spent. Here are all the Amazon fees that are displayed:

  • FBA per unit fulfillment fee
  • FBA storage fee
  • Inbound transportation
  • Subscription
  • FBS disposal fee
  • Reversal reimbursement

11. Users and Rights Manager

If you want to go into business with someone, you can allow other users on your account. Note that each user has to have their own login information. Users on your account can have job titles of:

-Employee

-Marketplace Manager

-Partner

-Investor

Each job title has different accessibility. For example, investors only get access in read-only form. But the employee is allowed to manage inventory.

12. Expense Monetizer

This feature is a tab that enables sellers to add expenses. Expenses can either reoccur as a monthly expense, or only once as a one-time expense. You can even assign expenses to specific ASIN’s to be more organized.

13. Monitor BSR

Keep track of the current BSR of:

  • Real-time BSR of a product
  • Percent of current BSR changes in comparison to the average BSR of the last week
  • The percent of changes of the one-week average in comparison with the month average
